1. Data controller
The controller of personal data is POLSKIE MEDIA, with its registered address at ul. Nieszawska 3/1002, 61-021 Poznań, Poland (the “Controller”).
Privacy contact: pomoc@polskiemedia.com.
2. Scope and purpose
We process data you submit via the contact form on prod.polskiemedia.com (staging before polskiemedia.com go-live): full name, company name, email address, and message content.
Purpose: to respond to your enquiry and communicate about potential collaboration.
Legal basis: where applicable, performance of steps prior to entering into a contract at the request of the data subject, and/or the Controller’s legitimate interest in conducting business correspondence (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and/or Art. 6(1)(f)).
3. How we process data
Form submissions are sent by email (SMTP) to the Controller’s mailbox. Your email address is set as Reply-To so we can reply.
This website is static. We do not operate user accounts and do not use analytics or marketing tracking cookies.
The form is protected by validation, rate limiting, a honeypot field against spam, and — when enabled — Cloudflare Turnstile verification.
4. Recipients
Form correspondence is received by the Controller.
Data may be processed by the email provider home.pl (SMTP delivery) and by the server operator hosting the website, solely as needed to provide those services.
When Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, Cloudflare may process technical data related to verification (e.g. IP address) under Cloudflare’s policies — solely to protect the form against abuse.
5. Retention
Form correspondence is retained for 12 months after the contact ends, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection, as provided under the GDPR.
You may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office).
To exercise your rights, email pomoc@polskiemedia.com.
7. Voluntary provision of data
Providing data in the form is voluntary but necessary if you want a reply to your enquiry.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
We do not use unnecessary cookies or third-party analytics scripts. Only technical mechanisms required for the site to work may apply — including storing your theme choice (light / dark / auto) in the browser’s localStorage, without tracking.
9. Policy updates
This policy may be updated. The current version is always available on this page.
